Mike Webster | General Manager

Mike Webster embarked on his journey in the fire safety industry back in 2000 as a suppression and extinguisher service technician. With a passion for ensuring the safety of others, he dedicated himself to mastering the intricacies of fire suppression systems and extinguisher maintenance. Through hard work and determination, Mike quickly rose through the ranks, earning the respect of his colleagues and superiors alike. Over the years, Mike's unwavering commitment to excellence and his ability to lead by example led him to assume supervisory roles. As a supervisor, he not only excelled in managing his team effectively but also became an indispensable resource for training and mentoring new technicians entering the field. Recognizing his potential, Mike received a promotion to management a decade ago. Throughout his time as management Mike has ensured to keep up with industry specific training and has received a diploma from The Asper School of Business in Advanced Management, Leadership and Strategy. This has helped foster a positive and productive work environment, earning the loyalty and admiration of his team. Mike joined the Freedom Fire team in 2022 and is excited for the future of the company and all the people that work there. Mike is a devoted family man. He cherishes spending quality time with his loved ones, finding joy in every moment they share. During his leisure time, Mike unwinds by hitting the golf course, where he relishes the challenge of the game and the opportunity to unwind amidst nature's beauty. Kevin - Managing Partner | Fire Alarm Division

Meet Kevin, the man with a beard that's always impeccably trimmed - a clever disguise that might have you second-guess his hipster status. As Freedom Fire's fire alarm manager, Kevin channels this same fervor and appreciation into his work. Beyond his role at Freedom Fire, Kevin is an active participant in the Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA). He proudly serves as one of Manitoba's directors on the CFAA's technician advisory council, exemplifying his commitment to advancing the fire safety industry. Notably, Kevin recently took the stage at a technical seminar, where he shared his expertise on inspecting special hazards systems. He also lent his voice as a fire protection expert on an ``ask the expert panel`` at the Professional Property Managers Association (PPMA) trade show. Eric Manager | Sprinkler Division
