Emile Jolicoeur | President of Operations

Avid sports fan, Emile has been helping grow businesses and keep them safe for over 25 years, specializing in fire suppression solutions for various industries. In the board room or on a job site he’s not afraid of rolling up his sleeves. Emile sets the standard at Freedom using his work ethic and determination to bring his clients the highest level of quality and customer service.

Kevin Lawrence | Fire Alarm Services

Kevin keeps his beard trimmed short to fool onlookers into thinking he’s not a hipster. But don’t be so easily fooled, his appreciation of craft beer and supporting local restaurants are tell a tale signs. As the fire alarm manager Kevin extends the same interest and appreciation to his work. Coming up with creative outside the box ideas combined this with his 11 plus years as a CFAA technician to bring his clients a unique alternative option.

Trevor Busch | Sprinkler Services

Winnipeg born but raised on his enthusiasm for all things motorized, technology and quotes from Seinfeld. Manager of Freedom Fire’s sprinkler department, Trevor brings his passion of technology to bring efficiency to a mechanical trade. Creating electronic documents and advanced quoting algorithms he uses this and his 15 plus years of experience as a journeyman sprinkler fitter to bring his customers quality service combined with high speed detailed information. He is always looking for a way to combine his skills and reinvent the wheel to make a process more efficient.

KAREN RIDDELL | OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Karen Riddell is your first point of contact for scheduling a technician for regular maintenance or emergency service. When you call, she jumps to make sure we keep your business running smoothly. It’s no surprise she has been the recipient of customer service awards. Her organization and strong work ethic help to keep the Freedom Fire machine turning, not to mention well fed. If there is one skill that exceeds her amazing customer service it may just be her skills in the kitchen.

Louise Jolicoeur | Office Administrator

A good office manager finds a way to make it work and Louise is an example of that. Whatever the task or the problem she finds a way. Frequent volunteer at Siloam mission and Victoria hospital. Louise is motivated and likes to keep herself busy but never too busy to police the grammar used in the office. Louise is your first contact for all of Freedom Fire accounts receivable and payable concerns.
